Vallenra LLC and its platforms offer optional SMS messaging programs to provide customers with real-time transactional updates. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box during account registration or within tag alert settings), you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from Vallenra LLC.

• Message Types: SMS notifications include KindredTag scan alert pings, account verification codes (2FA), order shipping updates, and direct customer support replies.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the frequency of physical tag scans.
• Opting Out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from us. Upon texting STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and cease further SMS transmissions to that number.
• Getting Help (HELP): For assistance with our text messaging service, reply HELP to any message, or email us directly at support@vallenra.com. (Our toll-free number +1-866-458-0224 is an automated SMS gateway and does not accept inbound voice calls; customer support is handled via email).
